For trades
You got a message from Kerbready. Here is why.
An agent who already has your details is getting a property ready for sale and wants a price from you. Kerbready sends that request on their behalf and keeps the job moving. It is the same agent you deal with now, just less phone tag.
What happens next
- Reply with a price and the earliest day you can do it. Plain words are fine, for example “$450 Thursday arvo”.
- We read it back to you to check we got it right. Reply Y to confirm or just correct it.
- The owner sees your price and either approves it or does not. Nothing is booked until they do.
- If they approve, you get the date, the address and the access notes.
- When you are done, send a photo. Then send your invoice and we pass it to the owner.
The money
The owner pays you directly, on your own invoice, with your own terms.
Kerbready never holds your money, never takes a cut and never charges you anything. We are paid by the agent, once per campaign, and that is all.
Common questions
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Everything works over email today and texting is coming shortly. Links in the messages open a short form on your phone with no login.
Is this a lead generation service?
No. You are in one agent's own list of trades because they put you there. We do not sell your details and we do not send your quote to anyone but that agent and their owner.
Why were you asked for an insurance certificate?
The agent recorded an expiry date on your file and it is coming up. Send a photo of the new certificate and they will update it. It only goes to that agency.
Why did someone else get the job?
Usually because the owner needed it done before photo day and another trade could fit it in sooner. It is not a mark against you.
Something has gone wrong with a booking.
Reply to the message. A person at the agency sees it, not a bot, and they will call you if it needs a call.
How to stop the messages
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or reply STOP to any SMS. It takes effect straight away and covers both your email and your mobile for that agency. Reply START if you change your mind.
Want your details removed entirely? Email hello@kerbready.com.au and we will delete them. See the privacy notice.
