Pricing
One price, one campaign, nothing monthly
Your first campaign is free so you can see it run end to end before you pay anything. After that it is $99 for each property you put through, and most agents put that on the vendor's marketing schedule so it costs them nothing.
- One property being prepared for sale, however many jobs it has.
- Every trade in your trade book, asked as many times as the campaign needs.
- Quote requests, nudges and the parallel ask when a trade goes quiet.
- Vendor prep plan pages with your branding, your name and your mobile.
- Approval records with the time, price and device, kept for you.
- Booking confirmations, day-before reminders and invoice handling.
- An exceptions inbox and a 7am digest by email and Telegram.
- An assistant seat that can run everything operational.
- A tax invoice from us the moment a campaign is paid for.
Why it lands on the marketing schedule
Your vendor already signs a schedule covering photography, styling, floorplans and copywriting, usually thousands of dollars. A $99 campaign coordination line sits naturally with them. You pass it through at cost, the vendor gets the prep coordinated and you are not out of pocket.
Never mark it up. Taking a margin on something you recommended is a disclosure problem you do not need.
What it does not cost
- Nothing monthly, nothing per job, nothing per message and nothing per seat.
- No commission and no referral fee from any trade. Trades pay us nothing, ever.
- No cut of the work. Your vendor pays each trade directly on the trade's own invoice.
Billing questions
What counts as a campaign?
One property being prepared for sale, however many jobs it has and however long it runs. The sample campaign you get on day one is not counted and is never billed.
Can I put this on the vendor's marketing schedule?
Yes, and most agents do. It sits with photography, styling, floorplans and copywriting on the schedule the vendor already signs. Pass it through at cost, which is exactly what the tax invoice we send you shows, and check with your agency about how you itemise it.
Do I get an invoice I can pass on?
Yes. Every paid campaign gets a numbered tax invoice from us to your agency, with the property address on it so it can be matched to the marketing schedule. You can print it or save it as a PDF from the campaign page.
When do I pay?
Before the campaign starts. You fill in the property, the vendor and the jobs, then pay, and only then does your vendor get their intro and your trades get asked for prices. Nothing goes out before that.
Can a campaign be stopped part way?
Not by us. It is paid for up front, so a campaign already running is never cut off and your vendor is never left stranded. You can pause it yourself any time from the campaign page.
Do I need a second seat for my assistant?
No. There are no seats. An assistant is included and can do everything operational. Billing, agency settings and deleting things stay with you.
Early agents run free
Kerbready is opened to a small number of agents at a time, and the early ones run free while it beds in.
